Responsibilities
Managing day-by-day execution of all client inbound and outbound Payment and FX demands
Reconciliations and Safeguarding obligations, liquidity / Treasury management
Management of Banking Operations team including identifying talent and training
Leading the Banking Operations team to deliver business processing
Overseeing client payments and ensuring appropriate actions are taken
Reviewing manual payments and discussing new processes
Managing liquidity and Treasury between FMFX client accounts
Attending annual Safeguarding audit calls
Overseeing key operational processes
Incident Management including investigation, mitigation, and reporting
Key stakeholder in Change Management initiatives
Regular meetings with Banking Partners
Requirements
Min 5 years in a high-demand Payment Operations or related Cash Management or Treasury Management environment
Demonstrated track record in delivering high-quality services associated to time-critical client business.
Self-starter who shows initiative and drive to succeed as part of a team and as an individual
Experience in utilising a range of Bank interfaces/market -clearing services e.g. International Payments, UK Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT
Familiarity with FX Trading and associated settlement processes
Familiarity with in-house processing platforms
Strong interpersonal communication & collaboration skills
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong problem solving and risk identification skills
A background of interaction and familiarity with Risk and Compliance protocols
