About the role

  • Key-Account Manager at VetLogOne overseeing logistics for veterinary partners. Responsible for managing accounts, contracts, and customer service in a modern logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and commercial management and coordination of the onboarding/implementation of new clients
  • Preparation of quotes and contracts, including result accountability for our fulfillment partners
  • Acting as an interface to our specialist departments, executive management, and third parties
  • Leadership and further development of the customer service team
  • Coordination of collaboration with external transport service providers

Requirements

  • Degree in logistics or, alternatively, a completed commercial/vocational qualification
  • Professional experience in logistics at management level, including project leadership experience
  • Confident and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills and business manners
  • Strong service- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Structured, independent working style with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Quick comprehension and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Business-fluent English
