About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure the ideal partners for the WBS GRUPPE
  • Inspire partners about our training programs and available funding opportunities
  • Maintain trusted relationships with public funding authorities
  • Act as a networker at trade fairs, association meetings, and conferences
  • Implement sales campaigns for target industries and regions

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a relevant degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and professional manner when interacting with funding bodies and colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured, motivated, and self-directed way
  • Willingness to travel
