About the role
- Controller in WBS GRUPPE analyzing data for management decision-making and developing automated reporting tools. Collaborating with teams to optimize processes and support budget planning.
Responsibilities
- As a Controller, you are part of a committed team within the central Controlling division of WBS GRUPPE.
- You handle the analysis and interpretation of data, uncover optimization potentials and identify KPIs for corporate management.
- Through your work you contribute daily to strengthening WBS GRUPPE's position as a leading education provider.
- You help us live customer centricity, digitalization and meaningful work, and you will be particularly responsible for the following tasks:
- Build and develop a meaningful, automated sales reporting system for the WBS Group.
- Prepare and present key figures and analyses for management.
- Provide additional information (e.g. preparing management presentations, recommendations for action and ad-hoc analyses).
- Actively help shape digitalization and automation in Controlling.
- Support executives and the corporate group in short-, medium- and long-term budget planning.
- Work closely with and coordinate with specialist departments on financial matters.
Requirements
- A completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Very good skills in MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working.
- The ability to communicate complex issues clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
- A high degree of personal responsibility as well as team spirit, flexibility and cross-departmental thinking.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
