About the role
- Credit Controller managing aged debt for MPLC, ensuring timely customer payments and resolving account queries within the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage aged debt
- Produce regular reports and provide clear updates to senior management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts
- Ensure all customer correspondence and activity is correctly logged within the system
- Resolve account queries and support a strong financial control environment
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller
- Experience within credit control or accounts receivable
- Solid understanding of business administration
- Comfortable using financial systems and tools
- Experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce would be an advantage
