About the role

  • Credit Controller managing aged debt for MPLC, ensuring timely customer payments and resolving account queries within the finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage aged debt
  • Produce regular reports and provide clear updates to senior management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts
  • Ensure all customer correspondence and activity is correctly logged within the system
  • Resolve account queries and support a strong financial control environment

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller
  • Experience within credit control or accounts receivable
  • Solid understanding of business administration
  • Comfortable using financial systems and tools
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce would be an advantage
