About the role

Responsibilities
- Structure, coordinate, and interpret ESG reporting at Group level and for subsidiaries
- Collect ESG data and produce reporting
- Implement non-financial reporting on a monthly cadence across the Group and subsidiaries
- Raise awareness and train finance teams on measuring carbon impacts and on corrective actions to implement
- Lead change management, including implementing Group-level monitoring tools and ensuring compliance with CSRD regulation
- Organize information flow from subsidiaries and contribute to drafting ESG reports in collaboration with the existing team
- Monitor action plans and evaluate the Group's progress in its overall ESG approach
- Support business teams in integrating and implementing the ESG approach into their business and operational activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an external/internal auditor or financial controller with knowledge of non-financial reporting
- Ideally, knowledge of CSRD standards and the EU Taxonomy
- A driven and passionate individual who works well in teams and can simplify and communicate complex concepts
- Fluent English required
