Responsibilities
Monitorear y analizar el funnel completo de usuarios (adquisición, onboarding, activación, conversión y retención) para detectar oportunidades de mejora.
Mantener actualizados píxeles, eventos y funnels de conversión en MoEngage.
Analizar el comportamiento de usuarios en los productos de Wayni para proponer iniciativas de crecimiento.
Diseñar y ejecutar experimentos de crecimiento y optimización de conversiones.
Implementar, mantener y optimizar el tracking de eventos y conversiones.
Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de píxeles, SDKs, eventos y conversiones.
Validar la correcta implementación del tracking en campañas, landings y flujos de producto.
Construir y mantener reportes y dashboards de seguimiento del funnel y performance de marketing.
Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de Paid Media en plataformas como: Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads.
Requirements
Título universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Ingenieria Industrial o afines.
+5 años de experiencia en Growth / Performance Marketing / Marketing Analytics.
Experiencia en empresas digitales (fintech, startups, e-commerce).
Experiencia gestionando campañas de Paid Media.
Manejo de funnels de conversión y análisis de comportamiento de usuarios.
Experiencia en tracking y analítica (Google Analytics, GTM, píxeles, eventos).
Experiencia trabajando con equipos de Producto, Data o Tecnología.
Experiencia optimizando métricas de performance (CPL, CAC, ROI, conversión).
