About the role

  • Executive Manager of Revenue Growth at Elo, a Brazilian payment technology company. Driving strategic growth initiatives and collaborating across departments for revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Map, structure and maintain a comprehensive map of growth levers connected to the Strategic Plan
  • Lead diagnostics and business discussions with key areas (Product, Commercial/Sales, Pricing, Data, Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology)
  • Quantify and prioritize opportunities: translate levers into revenue upside, effort, risks, dependencies and timing; build an integrated portfolio view and executive scenarios
  • Structure business cases (revenue, margin, investments, payback), supporting prioritization and resource allocation decisions
  • Engage and influence senior leadership to consolidate a single executive growth vision
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives from design to implementation, focusing on results and execution
  • Translate complexity into an executive-level narrative

Requirements

  • Strong analytical background, with experience in strategic planning, finance and revenue growth
  • Ability to structure opportunities clearly with an executive perspective
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables
  • It will be a plus if you:
  • Have experience in Revenue Growth or a Transformation Office
