About the role

  • (Senior) CRM Consultant developing Customer Excellence strategies and solutions for clients in insurance and energy sectors. Collaborating on software selection and customer management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize future-proof Customer Excellence strategies and functional concepts.
  • Evaluate and select suitable Customer Excellence software together with our clients.
  • Work closely with our clients in the insurance and energy sectors.
  • Analyze requirements in marketing, sales, and service.
  • Specify functional and technical requirements as the basis for software evaluations and implementations in customer management.
  • Design customer-centric omnichannel strategies and deploy modern technologies strategically.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or as an in-house consultant at a financial services company.
  • Experience leading and delivering strategic, organizational, functional, or technical projects.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative topics such as Customer Experience, Digital Lead Management, Customer Analytics, hyper-personalization, and churn management.
  • Technical affinity—especially for customer management software.
  • Enjoy developing new initiatives and pitching them to prospective clients.
  • A completed university degree.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in German and English.
