Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize future-proof Customer Excellence strategies and functional concepts.
- Evaluate and select suitable Customer Excellence software together with our clients.
- Work closely with our clients in the insurance and energy sectors.
- Analyze requirements in marketing, sales, and service.
- Specify functional and technical requirements as the basis for software evaluations and implementations in customer management.
- Design customer-centric omnichannel strategies and deploy modern technologies strategically.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or as an in-house consultant at a financial services company.
- Experience leading and delivering strategic, organizational, functional, or technical projects.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Enthusiasm for innovative topics such as Customer Experience, Digital Lead Management, Customer Analytics, hyper-personalization, and churn management.
- Technical affinity—especially for customer management software.
- Enjoy developing new initiatives and pitching them to prospective clients.
- A completed university degree.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and English.
