Responsibilities

  • Leading central marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring editorial consistency
  • Developing and implementing a content marketing strategy
  • Coordinating content creation and content management
  • Managing content promotion to maximize reach
  • Overseeing budget management
  • Analyzing published content to optimize performance
  • Positioning and managing a global team of 16 colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed university degree
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the consulting sector
  • Deep understanding of international consulting firms
  • Strong expertise in B2B services
  • Solid digital skills (web, social media, online advertising)
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales tools (direct marketing, CRM, product marketing)
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Fluent German and English (C1)
