Responsibilities
Define the UX content strategy vision for key features in our customer experience
Create compelling and empowering user experiences through engaging, on-brand digital UX content
Ensure all content is consistent in terms of brand, style, voice and tone, quality, and literacy/grade levels
Strategize and define content frameworks while also documenting your rationales and decisions
Execute and align teams on content strategy and UX copy
Collaborate effectively and frequently with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., UX, PM, Marketing)
Requirements
Bachelor’s (or higher) in a discipline related to UX Content Strategy (e.g. Business Communications, Creative Writing, English)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UX writing/editing for web and mobile-app based products
Skills as an expert storyteller and influencer
Expertise in Content Strategy Frameworks and Design Principles
Understanding of UX design, as well as common design tools, language, and processes
Comfort and familiarity with a dynamic agile software development environment
Deep expertise in platforms and design tools such as Figma, JIRA, Miro
Familiar with Medical Device development processes, familiarity with Diabetes.
