Responsibilities

We are expanding our International Insurance team and are looking for you as (Senior) Consultant – Scrum Master, International Insurance (all genders) at the location of your choice.
You will work on exciting projects focused on digital transformation, agile transformation, and digitization initiatives.
You will advise our insurance clients on agile transformation and digitalization projects.
You will support teams in transitioning from traditional management methods to modern agile ways of working.
You will facilitate agile events such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, and coach teams with a clear focus on Inspect & Adapt.
You will represent the team externally and ensure close alignment with Product Owners and stakeholders.
You will analyze clients' existing processes, culture, and technologies and continuously evolve their agile practices.
You will prepare client meetings, lead workshops, and strengthen shared understanding through active facilitation.
You will contribute your own ideas and support teams in further developing their services.

You hold a university degree.
You have professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, agile project manager, or in a similar role.
You have hands-on experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps).
Ideally, you have supported transformations from traditional organizations to (scaled) agile structures.
You bring domain knowledge from the insurance sector (primary insurance or reinsurance).
You are fluent in German and English.
You embody an agile mindset: you foster self-organization, learn quickly from feedback, create transparency, and are open to change.
You have a strong growth mindset: you see challenges as opportunities, continuously develop, and inspire others.
You are interested in new technologies, including AI, to optimize agile working practices.
