About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise and support our insurance-industry clients in optimizing and further developing insurance policy administration systems.
- Analyze and optimize business processes in policy administration.
- Create and document technical and functional requirements for the enhancement of policy administration systems.
- Develop solutions for integrating policy administration systems into the existing IT landscape.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure optimal use of policy administration solutions.
- Take responsibility in projects and lead small teams, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in management consulting or the insurance industry, ideally with a focus on policy administration systems and/or IT system integration.
- Deep knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with the challenges and processes of digitalization and automation in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical skills and a good technical understanding.
- University degree (completed).
- Willingness to travel and fluent in German and English.
