About the role
- (Senior) Consultant Energy, Smart Grid leading digital transformation projects in Germany. Focusing on enhancing efficiency and creating reliable data flows within Smart Grid systems.
Responsibilities
- Shaping the digital transformation of network planning, network operations and asset management
- Analyzing and optimizing core systems in the Smart Grid environment (IoT, SCADA, EDM/MDM)
- Advising at the interface between business units, IT and management
- Supporting the development of an impact‑oriented asset management
- Leading complex projects with technical depth, methodological clarity and a strong understanding of client needs
- Developing existing client relationships and identifying new consulting opportunities.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting or in transformation projects within the energy sector, especially in network operations, network planning or network control
- Solid knowledge of energy-sector IT systems, particularly SCADA, EDM/MDM, as well as network planning and network calculation tools
- Experience at the interface between business units and IT and in managing complex projects in a regulated environment
- Analytical skills, a structured working style and enthusiasm for innovation, AI in the energy sector and digital solutions
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel.
