About the role
- Assurance Technician ensuring accurate water reporting for Severn Trent. Responsible for auditing data linked to water operations and compliance with OFWAT standards.
Responsibilities
- Assuring data linked to 3 water ODI’s and a number of reporting lines
- Auditing supply interruptions, burst mains, and unplanned outages
- Review & analyse data to create validation packs across multiple ODI’s
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to identify improvement areas
- Ensure data complies with company and OFWAT standards
- Support Water Assurance manager in Annual Return Reporting, audit, and management
Requirements
- Knowledge of water treatment or networks is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage time and hit multiple deadlines
- Ability to understand complex hydraulic issues
- Knowledge of regulatory demands and operational challenges
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
