About the role

  • Consumer Sales Agent supporting clients with Medicare and individual health insurance needs in a hybrid role. Involves taking calls, managing enrollments, and serving clients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Help clients compare and enroll in Medicare and health insurance plans
  • Manage an existing book of business
  • Complete enrollments, renewals, and policy updates
  • Work referral leads provided to you

Requirements

  • High school diploma (associate degree preferred)
  • Active PA health insurance license or ability to get one within 60 days
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance terms and Medicare plans
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet performance goals and multitask
  • Preferred Experience: Insurance sales or marketing, Call center or customer service environment
