Requirements
- Experience working on ad tech systems such as ad serving, targeting, pacing, measurement, or experimentation.
- Experience working within a publisher ad tech environment, including hands on exposure to ad servers, SSPs, and related tooling, with an understanding of how these systems operate together to deliver, measure, and optimize ads at scale
- Strong product judgment and the ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs in complex problem spaces
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting plans as new information emerges
- A collaborative working style and the ability to build trust across teams
- Clear and effective communication
- A track record of shipping products that deliver value to users and the business.
