About the role

  • Director of DLR Product Management responsible for Tokenization initiatives at Broadridge. Collaborating with teams to deliver product features and value to clients in capital markets.

Responsibilities

  • Perform an analyst role within the Digital Innovation team, developing a blend of business and technical expertise in the service of the Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) Product
  • Become familiar with Capital Markets products, digitized assets, and distributed ledger technology, particularly how they can be applied to capital markets
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements to ensure a high-quality, scalable, and reliable delivery
  • Proactively engage with the product and business development teams in the acceleration of the product roadmap
  • Create and maintain records in support of Tokenization efforts and the DLR product team book of work
  • Handle end-to-end delivery of product features from concept through to launch
  • Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes effectively to senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Manage and evaluate the backlog, setting priorities based on customer feedback, strategic value, and technical feasibility.
  • Become accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with subject matter experts across all lines of business
  • Participate in internal team exercises, business working group sessions and interactive deep-dive process development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of financial industry experience across product sales, product management, or operations in the financial service industry
  • Financial Services knowledge a plus, especially in capital markets settlement infrastructure and financing process
  • Analytical skills and ability to effectively analyze and interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to manage system-level requirements, perform data mapping, and review technical design documents
  • Proven track record of prioritizing tasks and managing workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including client facing presentations
  • Works independently with minimal supervision and task oriented
  • Previous experience working with distributed ledger blockchain technology, digital or crypto assets is an advantage, but not required.
