About the role

  • Coordination professional managing the meter installation processes at wattline. Ensuring materials, service providers, and documents are effectively coordinated.

Responsibilities

  • Verification of incoming invoices
  • Coordination of dispatch and return of meters, modems & related equipment
  • Determination of the appropriate hardware for each order
  • Checking installation and acceptance documents for completeness
  • Support for new installations, modifications and troubleshooting
  • Applying organizational skills to day-to-day operations
  • Handling general back-office tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent experience
  • Ideally experience in vendor/service provider management or in a technical/logistical back office
  • Structured, careful and independent working style
  • Enjoyment of working with complex processes
  • Good technical understanding
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with ERP or ticketing systems is a plus
  • Clear and service-oriented communication
  • Team player
