Determination of the appropriate hardware for each order
Checking installation and acceptance documents for completeness
Support for new installations, modifications and troubleshooting
Applying organizational skills to day-to-day operations
Handling general back-office tasks
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent experience
Ideally experience in vendor/service provider management or in a technical/logistical back office
Structured, careful and independent working style
Enjoyment of working with complex processes
Good technical understanding
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with ERP or ticketing systems is a plus
