About the role

  • Experiential Account Executive serving as main contact for clients and managing event timelines and budgets. Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs
  • Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans
  • Work closely with internal producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams
  • Translate client goals into clear internal direction
  • Manage onsite execution and post-event wrap
  • Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of client-facing experience at an experiential or event agency
  • Strong understanding of experiential production workflows and timelines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once
  • A detail-obsessed, proactive approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • On-site experience required (domestic and/or international a plus)
