Responsibilities
Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs
Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans
Work closely with internal producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams
Translate client goals into clear internal direction
Manage onsite execution and post-event wrap
Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts
Requirements
1–10+ years of client-facing experience at an experiential or event agency
Strong understanding of experiential production workflows and timelines
Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once
A detail-obsessed, proactive approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
On-site experience required (domestic and/or international a plus)
