About the role

  • Internship supporting talent management and digital partnerships at Wasserman. Engaging with emerging creators and assisting with brand outreach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support our agent, manager and coordinators in the representation of exclusive multi-facilitated digital talent encompassing numerous cultural passion areas and creator formats.
  • Support the broader team in the management and execution of digital partnerships, personal development, brand outreach, new talent acquisition.
  • Research emerging creators across social platforms.
  • Track and identify new media trends and develop content ideas.
  • Support the team's internal operations to enhance client growth.
  • Coordinate PR and gifting opportunities.
  • Participate in talent calls and meetings, shadowing Agents and Managers.
  • Prepare presentation materials for pitch calls.
  • Contribute to creator growth and talent relations by taking notes and offering insights.
  • Engage in brand outreach to establish new talent partnerships.
  • Support in updating talent sales materials across teams.
  • Develop sales materials and one-sheets for brand opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze talent metrics across numerous platforms.
  • Help manage communications between influencers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Help with scheduling, email correspondence, and other organizational duties to support influencer projects.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of social media from a business and consumer perspective, including but not limited to advanced knowledge of X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with social media monitoring metrics.
  • Working knowledge of new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
  • Superb teamwork and team management skills.
  • Extreme discretion: ability to handle confidential information.
  • High emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact positively with all types of people.
  • A professional demeanor when talking to clients.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to be part of a fast-paced start up and help grow a next generation talent agency.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and manage others’ expectations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and significant initiative.
