About the role

  • Associate Manager supporting motorsport hospitality events for Wasserman. Managing day-to-day relationships and delivering guest experiences at race activations within sports marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of motorsport hospitality events and race weekend activations
  • Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with clients, rightsholders and suppliers
  • Deliver best-in-class guest experiences aligned to client objectives and brand narratives
  • Support event logistics including guest management, accreditation, schedules and on-site operations
  • Maintain event documentation, trackers, timelines and planning materials
  • Prepare clear internal and client-facing presentations, reports and post-event evaluations

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year’s relevant work experience (within a sports agency or live events environment)
  • Motorsport (F1) experience is preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong operations and logistical management skills
  • Efficient communicator, with internal as well as client stakeholders
