Responsibilities
Organize and schedule company meetings both onsite, offsite, and via Microsoft Teams
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts
Arrange travel, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
Maintain and organize content on the WECP SharePoint website
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Process incoming communications, including mail, emails, and website inquiries
Provide administrative assistance to WECP departments
Assist with gathering, verifying, and organizing information for operational or regulatory needs
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
Coordinate with vendors as needed
Perform general administrative tasks to support efficient back-office operations
Requirements
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint
