Responsibilities

  • Provide support to senior MDs and direct reports
  • Calendar Management
  • Expense reporting
  • International and Domestic Travel Arrangements
  • Screening calls, act as gatekeeper
  • Meeting/Event logistics coordination
  • Filing, faxing and any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services
  • BA Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
