About the role

  • Program Manager overseeing facility support services for Fermi Forward Discovery Group in Lead, SD. Responsible for strategic planning and execution of designated facility operations and management.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the strategic planning and execution of designated facility support services for the Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) in Lead, SD.
  • Coordinating site operations in collaboration with FFDG staff to ensure seamless infrastructure maintenance and uninterrupted operational consistency.
  • Managing relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and FFDG officials to ensure seamless operations.
  • Overseeing a dedicated team responsible for delivering comprehensive support services; ensuring high-quality performance through continuous monitoring, proactive guidance, and timely resolution of any performance-related concerns.
  • Developing detailed contract documents that clearly define the scope, deliverables, performance metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs) in alignment with FFDG requirements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in management or a related field – or documented evidence of equivalent professional experience demonstrating the proposed individual’s capability.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in support services management
  • Leadership, management skills, and budgeting ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced/intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
