Responsibilities
Medicare and Individual Sales Consultant responsible for achieving sales goals for both Medicare and Individual.
Accomplish Medicare Sales responsibilities through acquisition of Medicare broker appointments and certifications.
Maintain relationships with brokers to increase sales of Medicare product lines.
Make outbound sales calls and follow up with active and potential brokers.
Conduct broker training and update meetings.
Coordinate with management to establish client services and improve processes.
Requirements
Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
3-5 years of Medicare Sales experience.
Colorado resident.
Valid life/health insurance license in applicable markets and the ability to be licensed in all 50 states if necessary.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
Computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
