  • Medicare Sales Consultant focusing on sales for Medicare and Individual products in Colorado. Responsible for building broker relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Medicare and Individual Sales Consultant responsible for achieving sales goals for both Medicare and Individual.
  • Accomplish Medicare Sales responsibilities through acquisition of Medicare broker appointments and certifications.
  • Maintain relationships with brokers to increase sales of Medicare product lines.
  • Make outbound sales calls and follow up with active and potential brokers.
  • Conduct broker training and update meetings.
  • Coordinate with management to establish client services and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Medicare Sales experience.
  • Colorado resident.
  • Valid life/health insurance license in applicable markets and the ability to be licensed in all 50 states if necessary.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
