Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of successfully leading complex programs
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problems
- Experience working with senior leaders
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively
- PMP or related certifications preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
