About the role
- Design Program Manager at Persona overseeing brand design projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality are met while collaborating with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage brand design projects end-to-end — from scoping and planning through coordination, communication, and delivery — ensuring work stays on track and within scope
- Oversee engagements between internal teams and external agency partners, aligning on scope and budget, resourcing, feedback, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Clearly communicate project status, risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies to stakeholders and team members
- Support strong creative outcomes by helping maintain consistency and quality across design deliverables
- Partner closely with Head of Brand Design to assess team bandwidth and project assignments
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a design agency or in-house creative team environment
- The ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams while keeping stakeholders aligned, and representing design in conversations as needed.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity; able to bring structure to projects, set clear goals, help align feedback and adapt plans as needed to drive delivery
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to triage issues and focus on what matters most
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Slack, and Google Drive
- Experience with website production, event-related work or working with Superside is a plus
