About the role
- IT Infrastructure Analyst maintaining and improving Wareline's technology infrastructure for healthcare software solutions. Engaging in support and project activities to enhance system performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the **deployment and adoption** of **Conecte/W** with clients
- Provide **level 3 support** to the IT teams of **Wareline clients and employees**
- Monitor IT infrastructure, **identifying and resolving** performance and availability issues
- Actively participate in infrastructure projects, contributing to the **continuous improvement** of technology environments.
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of **Linux** (Debian Server and Ubuntu Server) and experience with **troubleshooting**
- Basic knowledge in configuration and administration of **PostgreSQL**
- Knowledge of virtualization (**ESXi** and **Hyper-V**)
- Basic understanding of **networks** and communication protocols
- Scripting skills with **Shell** and **Python**
- Ability to **document processes** and infrastructure
- Agile, flexible profile with good communication skills
