Support T&D actions and ensure engagement in organizational changes in a tech environment at Minsait. Collaborate with regional teams to design training paths and strategic communication.
Responsibilities
Support the structuring, implementation and delivery of Training & Development (T&D) initiatives focused on organizational change.
Be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, ensuring teams are prepared and engaged in internal transformations (new systems, processes, culture).
Assist in designing learning pathways, structuring training programs and driving strategic, tailored training communications for different departments and regions.
Communicate changes with a focus on training and development related to organizational changes, including online learning paths and other training formats.
Develop and deliver training and development programs (in-person and online) related to organizational change projects.
Create and manage digital learning pathways (e-learning) to train employees on new platforms, systems and processes.
Prepare supporting materials (presentations, manuals, videos, digital content) aligned with the company’s brand and the needs of each project.
Work in partnership with HR, Internal Communications and Project teams to ensure alignment of T&D activities.
Measure and monitor training effectiveness indicators, proposing continuous improvements.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions and development meetings aimed at engaging teams in the transformation journey.
Serve as a regional point of contact for training topics related to process and operational changes.
Track requests and deadlines with agility and a strategic outlook.
Requirements
Experience in Training & Development with a focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Experience designing and delivering online learning pathways (LMS, digital platforms) and in-person training when required.
Knowledge of learning methodologies and competency development.
Availability to travel.
Academic background in progress or completed in fields related to the role.
