About the role

  • Pharmaceutical Service Analyst focusing on patient care and program management. Engaging with health operators and ensuring proper patient treatment adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive (outbound) and reactive (inbound) support for patient programs;
  • Register and complete patient enrollments;
  • Record information in the CRM registration system;
  • Identify and document adverse events and report them to the pharmaceutical laboratory;
  • Complete the program reconciliation spreadsheet when reporting an adverse event case;
  • Perform daily IVR (interactive voice response) and email tests;
  • Release orders;
  • Review patients' pharmacological care;
  • Analyze and validate patient treatment adherence;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Nursing or Pharmacy;
  • Previous experience in patient support/patient care;
  • Experience working with health insurance providers (health plans) is a plus;
