Pharmaceutical Service Analyst focusing on patient care and program management. Engaging with health operators and ensuring proper patient treatment adherence.
Responsibilities
Provide proactive (outbound) and reactive (inbound) support for patient programs;
Register and complete patient enrollments;
Record information in the CRM registration system;
Identify and document adverse events and report them to the pharmaceutical laboratory;
Complete the program reconciliation spreadsheet when reporting an adverse event case;
Perform daily IVR (interactive voice response) and email tests;
Release orders;
Review patients' pharmacological care;
Analyze and validate patient treatment adherence;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Nursing or Pharmacy;
Previous experience in patient support/patient care;
Experience working with health insurance providers (health plans) is a plus;
