- Experience with the Great Place to Work (GPTW) methodology is a plus.
- Knowledge of learning concepts and organizational diagnostic methodologies.
- Practices in performance management, climate and engagement initiatives, and competency mapping.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
