About the role

  • Analista de DHO Pleno responsible for culture and performance management at MPD Engenharia. Engage in development and facilitation of learning initiatives and organizational diagnostics.

  • Organizational Climate, Engagement, and Culture;
  • Learning Development and Facilitation;
  • Succession, Talent and Competency Management;
  • Management of Metrics and Executive Reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Corporate Pedagogy, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Human and Organizational Development at a mid-level (pleno) capacity.
  • Experience with performance cycles, climate surveys, leadership, succession planning, and organizational culture.
  • Experience with the Great Place to Work (GPTW) methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of learning concepts and organizational diagnostic methodologies.
  • Practices in performance management, climate and engagement initiatives, and competency mapping.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
