About the role
- Junior Controller Analyst supporting financial processes, focusing on expense control and budget development. Collaborating with finance and operations teams at Feel Alive.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and finalize amounts for issuing invoices (Fee and BV);
- Issue invoices and debit notes in accordance with applicable legislation for Formô and B2B verticals;
- Review and audit tax entries and intercompany transactions (loans/current account);
- Support regulatory and administrative requests related to the tax area, when applicable;
- Monitor and support external accounting in monthly, quarterly and annual routines;
- Renewal of digital certificates;
- Send, organize and validate accounting and tax documents;
- Generate, control and track tax payment slips and their due dates;
- Receive, review and organize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow and Statement of Changes in Equity) prepared by external accounting;
- Monitor monthly billing volume by company and vertical for tax purposes (including Cena 5);
- Manage and maintain the project contracts database;
- Ensure organization, traceability and compliance of tax and accounting information;
- Periodically validate inventories and relevant assets;
- Support financial internal audits and compliance analyses;
- Perform accounting reconciliations and similar activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Economics and/or Business Administration;
- Ability to understand and organize processes and workflows;
- Holistic view of accounting and tax process organization;
- Verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction;
- Experience preparing and working with spreadsheets and accounting processes;
