Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision for a high-impact agency portfolio, crafting near-term and long-term partnership plans that drive incremental revenue and deepen agency engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team, ensuring clarity of direction, prioritization of resources, and development of high-performing talent.
  • Build strong senior relationships with agency leadership across Investment, Strategy, Data, and Commerce teams to unlock cross-agency collaboration and alignment on joint priorities.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and frameworks that enable consistency, efficiency, and excellence across multiple agency groups and client profiles.
  • Translate insights into action by synthesizing market trends, platform performance, and agency feedback to inform partnership growth strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, GTM, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless activation, accelerate adoption, and champion agency needs throughout Walmart Connect.
  • Inform product and solutions development, providing structured feedback to Product Marketing and Product orgs on features, integrations, and tools that enhance agency workflows and value delivery.
  • Act as an external ambassador, representing Walmart Connect at industry conferences, agency summits, leadership forums, and thought leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of strategic partnerships, business leadership, or agency experience within digital media, commerce, or ad-tech.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams within high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working across multiple Holding Companies with deep familiarity of Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu, and WPP operating models.
  • Demonstrated success managing global or multi-market agency relationships and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Deep subject-matter expertise in retail media, programmatic, and CTV ecosystems, including measurement, data strategies, investment activation, and cross-channel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with technical enablement solutions, including APIs, product integrations, data clean rooms, measurement tools, and platforms that support scaled agency adoption.
  • Strong analytical and operational rigor with a proven ability to diagnose challenges, develop data-backed insights, and define measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with VP+ stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented leader who excels in collaborative environments and balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
