About the role

  • Provide administrative support to project and construction management
  • Maintain databases and site lists related to construction projects
  • Organize preparatory measures for construction projects
  • Document project progress in internal databases
  • Prepare analyses, reports, project schedules and presentations
  • Serve as the contact person for technical data for other departments
  • Monitor and coordinate schedules related to construction projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, office administrator) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in administrative/project support, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong user-level skills in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills; able to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Flexible and able to maintain an overview even during busy periods
