- Document, report, and run retrospectives that make each cycle sharper, faster, and more intentional than the last.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing production in game development, interactive, or transmedia
- Proven at leading complex pipelines across multiple disciplines (art, design, engineering, narrative)
- Fluent in Agile , Jira, and whatever tools keep the machine humming
- A strong communicator and facilitator —you make sure the right conversations happen at the right time
- Obsessed with detail and discipline . You don’t let chaos in the door
