About the role

  • Assistant General Manager of Leasing at CLS Living focusing on resident engagement and staff development. Overseeing financial performance, property administration, and customer sales interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support, mentorship and direction to ensure a high level of Employee and Resident engagement.
  • Provides leadership for the Community by setting a Service Excellence standard.
  • Promotes harmonious relations among residents, staff, and surrounding community.
  • Assists the General Manager with the training, coaching, and development of exceptional team members.
  • Responsible for safety and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
  • Maintains occupancy and collection targets, oversees financial reporting, administration, and audits.
  • Manages customer sales interactions and executes customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree; or 1 years’ experience in the student/multi-family housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Property Management software (Entrata).
  • Working knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs and Fair Housing Laws and EEO Laws.
