Responsibilities

Work closely with Project Manager’s at CMCo and customer locations.
Conduct site inspections and reports.
Interface with contractors.
Oversee start-up of equipment.
Guide CMCo technicians while on the site.
Requirements
Minimum of three years' experience in construction management.
Previous experience managing the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Thorough understanding of installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Ability to manage multiple start-up sites at one time.
Capability to read wiring diagrams and layout drawings.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Excellent driving record.
Ability to travel and work hours as required to meet customer needs.
Demonstrated skills and experience in mediation and negotiation.
