Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistent and personalized experience resolving complex inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with internal business partners
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the client and advisor experience
  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalated or complex questions
  • Provide branch and practice level consultation as identified or requested
  • Understand complex client letter requests and compose correspondence

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • FINRA Series 7
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence at all leadership levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong professional presence and emotional competence
