Responsibilities
Overall management of service delivery to our Regional Queensland Guarding sector Clients
Regular regional travel within Queensland
Identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities with existing Clients and assisting with identifying new Client leads
Building and maintaining strong relationships within your team and stakeholders
Drive cost efficiencies within the Client profile
Construction and preparation of monthly and quarterly Clientele reporting
Requirements
Prior security industry experience and working knowledge of guarding regulations and standards
Exposure/understanding in rostering - desirable
Extensive experience in leadership and team management
Business development experience - desirable
Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry Awards/Agreements
Proven experience dealing with client contracts and/or tender submissions, including financial acumen
Certificate II or higher in Security operations (Desirable)
Current QLD Security Licence (Desirable)
Current Drivers Licence
