About the role

  • Organizational Analyst focused on ensuring structural efficiency and governance at Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus. Engaging in job evaluation and organizational planning for sustainable transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain the corporate organizational structure, ensuring alignment with the company strategy and global guidelines through continuous analysis of organizational charts, reporting lines and team sizing to ensure efficiency and structural consistency.
  • Conduct job evaluation processes using methodologies such as Mercer IPE, WTW GGS or similar, carrying out interviews, evaluations and technical analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Support the governance of positions in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring creation, movement and closure in accordance with internal policies, safeguarding data integrity and organizational compliance.
  • Develop and validate job descriptions in partnership with managers and client areas, ensuring standardization, clarity of responsibilities and consistency with job evaluations.
  • Participate in and support structural organization projects (organizational reviews, structural redesign, area integrations, mergers, spin-offs), performing qualitative and quantitative analyses to support executive decisions.
  • Create and update corporate and functional organizational charts, validating alignment between matrix structures, functional hierarchies and global/local reporting.
  • Act in Organization forums and workstreams within the TRATON Group, sharing best practices and contributing to global strategic initiatives.
  • Support the maintenance and update of the compensation policy, aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Support the execution of salary surveys and external competitiveness analyses.
  • Monitor and analyze salary movements (promotions, merit, adjustments, etc.).
  • Support variable compensation cycles (profit-sharing, bonuses, short- and long-term incentives).
  • Generate analytical reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Participate in Comp & Ben workstreams within the TRATON Group.
  • Propose new initiatives aligned with market trends.
