Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and management of performance media campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and others);
- Work at an advanced level with attribution and measurement platforms (e.g., Appsflyer), ensuring reliable performance tracking;
- Analyze data and metrics to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations;
- Monitor and optimize performance KPIs with a focus on efficiency, scale, and ROI;
- Build and present executive reports and performance dashboards for different levels of stakeholders;
- Serve as the focal point for alignment with partner areas (Marketing, Product, Data, Technology, and Business);
- Lead strategic discussions with Data and Development teams to prioritize projects and improvements;
- Ensure measurement best practices in web and mobile (app) environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- Strong experience with performance media on web and mobile platforms (including apps);
- Advanced knowledge of digital media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and similar);
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in performance metrics and data-driven decision making;
- Advanced-level Excel skills.
