Responsibilities
Lead the diagnosis, design and evolution of commercial training programs, focusing on developing train-the-trainer consultants and achieving direct impact on sales results.
Translate CAIXA Consórcio campaigns into structured training strategies that drive adoption and commercial performance.
Map competencies and development needs of the commercial force, designing training programs aligned with business requirements.
Develop targeted training strategies for low-performing audiences, based on data analysis and focused on reversing results.
Manage and evolve the digital training strategy, ensuring content governance, continuous updates and alignment with commercial objectives.
Conduct training needs assessments (TNA), designing development actions for consultants and sales representatives.
Develop and implement learning paths for different channels (CAIXA network, Lotéricos — lottery outlets, Banking Correspondents and CCA Master), ensuring consistency with business guidelines.
Create and manage instructional materials and training KPIs, measuring impact on sales, productivity and quality of delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related fields.
Postgraduate specialization in Corporate Education, Organizational Development or similar is desirable.
Proven experience in Training & Development for commercial teams.
Experience in financial institutions is preferred; experience with consórcio (group purchasing/consortium) products is desirable.
Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and corporate education (andragogy, gamification, etc.).
Knowledge of consórcio products and consultative selling practices.
Experience structuring training programs.
Experience developing metrics to evaluate training impact.
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Desirable: LMS management; Instructional Design; sales techniques such as SPIN Selling, rapport building, anchoring, etc.
