About the role
- Crew Manpower Analyst managing manpower needs for crew members across all Vueling flights. Collaborating to ensure optimal airline resource planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and monitor the needs of manpower of crew members population assigned of all flights operated globally by Vueling.
- Build an optimal airline crew resource plan.
- Collect necessary and relevant information about business & operation needs, flight crew requirements, assumptions and pairings possibilities.
- Develop, manage and monitor the annual manpower business plan of pilots or TCPs.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of manpower annual budget and carry out rolling forecasts of pilots or TCPs.
- Identify the need for recruiting crew members and coordinate their needs for mandatory training.
- Participate in the development of manpower studies on demand of possible new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Skilled in data analysis, management and visualization.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- 2-4 years of experience in similar roles in airlines or other industries related.
