Responsibilities
Prepare technical reports, expert opinions, and analytical reports, providing technical substantiation for legal defenses with a focus on legal compliance, risk mitigation, fraud prevention, and protection of institutional reputation.
Identify fraud patterns, process vulnerabilities, and opportunities to improve prevention workflows.
Contribute to the design, review, and optimization of fraud prevention flows and processes across digital channels.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to promote technical and institutional alignment.
Support initiatives to mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Requirements
Prior experience in Fraud Prevention, preferably within financial institutions or payment companies.
Knowledge of digital channels, PIX, and the Special Return Mechanism (MED).
Familiarity with evidence analysis, preparation of technical reports, and support for legal proceedings.
Knowledge of data, KPIs/indicators, SQL, Power BI or other analytical tools.
Interest in or experience with automation and AI.
Experience working in dynamic environments with high data volumes and critical decision-making.
Analytical mindset, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.
Genuine interest in fraud prevention, risk management, data, and security.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain analyses and decisions clearly and objectively.
