Responsibilities

- Ensure data security, reliability, and accuracy;
- Generate value from data, contributing to the growth of the data function and accelerating the organization's shift to a data-driven culture;
- Propose solutions and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), Power Query, and DAX;
- Experience with ETL processes and integration, data processing, and orchestration tools such as Pentaho and Apache Hop;
- Advanced skills in data manipulation, extraction, and storage using SQL;
- Microsoft Office (advanced Excel);
- Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports following best practices in data storytelling;
- Ability to eliminate manual processes by implementing automation practices and workflow techniques;
- Experience and mindset oriented toward using Artificial Intelligence in daily work, applying AI for insight generation, automation, development, and problem solving;
- Knowledge of Python.
