About the role

  • Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Außendienst für Sozial- und Gesundheitswirtschaft mit Fokus auf ERP-Software. Beratung von Bestandskunden und Akquise neuer Aufträge in Westdeutschland.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for existing customers in Western Germany within the social and healthcare sector.
  • Responsible for acquiring new orders from long-standing clients, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, specialist forums and customer events.
  • Serve as an internal and external point of contact for technical questions and coordination with functional departments.

Requirements

  • Experience in the social services sector, either through relevant training or professional experience.
  • Proven success in account management and retention sales, ideally in software solutions.
  • Poise and confidence in negotiations and customer relationships.
  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation expertise and rhetorical fluency.
  • High affinity for IT and a service-oriented mindset.
