Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration or law, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a banking institution
- Solid expertise in quality assurance, governance, market follow-up or risk management
- Sound knowledge of banking operations, regulatory frameworks and supervisory requirements
- Structured and analytical thinking and judgment
- Experience in managing complex projects and in strategic and operational management
