About the role

  • HR Analyst leading recruitment processes and managing candidate selection for VPx Company, focusing on strategic roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes: define candidate profiles with hiring managers, create and advertise job openings, screen résumés, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
  • Perform active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, talent databases, and through partnerships with universities.
  • Manage the full selection funnel: candidate approvals, communications and feedback, and follow-up with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Support the design and execution of case studies, group activities, and technical and behavioral interviews.
  • Track recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, conversion rates, quality of hire, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure structured candidate feedback at all stages of the process.
  • Assist in developing onboarding and new-hire integration programs.
  • Support maintenance of general HR operations (training, performance evaluation, compensation).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advantage: prior experience with active sourcing/hunting for strategic positions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude with an interest in continuous development within Human Resources.
