About the role
- Analista de Implantação Jr with responsibilities for implementing systems for clients in public management. Focused on scheduling and conducting training sessions and consultations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule implementation appointments in municipalities directly with clients;
- Lead implementation meetings with the departments involved in the process;
- Configure entities, government bodies, document templates, risk classifications, and users in SIGFÁCIL;
- Deliver training sessions on SIGFÁCIL;
- Perform database cleansing;
- Prepare implementation progress reports;
- Analyze and implement low- and medium-risk workflows;
- Execute system implementations in the state of Piauí and its municipalities according to the planned schedule, either on-site or remotely.
Requirements
- Schedule implementation appointments in municipalities directly with clients;
- Experience implementing computerized systems (a plus);
- Knowledge of processes related to SIGFÁCIL (a plus);
- Availability to travel;
- Valid Category B driver's license (CNH);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge of databases (desirable);
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins (a plus).
